Information workshop in Bozen, 3 April 2008

Together with the local CB/Environmental agency of Bozen/Bolzano, a workshop was organized for the 3rd of April, with the scope of giving into-depth information about the EU Ecolabel and its requirements and encourage local entrepreneurs to achieve the EU Ecolabel. Invited were stakeholder representatives (hoteliers’ association, camp site owners’ association), the press, the local tourism marketing agency, hoteliers and camp site owners and representatives of the public administration. The seminar was received very positively, and two work groups have been constituted (hoteliers and camp site owners/managers) which will be following up together with the regional CB on the necessary documentation and criteria requirements. Further seminars are being planned for the autumn 2008.
